Though the Sims four has slowly been introducing new worlds with DLC, fans have been lacking world customisation and variety since the game was released. The Sims 3 had the astonishing create-a-world tool, which immune players to create their own Sims 3 worlds from scratch. Even The Sims 2 had the ability to create custom neighborhoods. Sims four is seriously lacking any such characteristic, and chances of ever getting one is pretty slim.

I started thinking of ways to create custom "worlds" in my game and came upward with some ideas. Using empty maps, The Sims 4 Gallery, a few mods, and a bit of imagination, I've come up with a mode to create some custom "worlds" in the game.

Net access and ability to download from the Sims iv Gallery
Some optional mods

You'll need an empty world to start off with.

Step one. Choose a World and Empty It!

Step two. Think of a Theme for Your New World

Step 4. Keep a Cohesive Theme and Add together a Mix of Residential and Commercial Lots

Plasticbox did a cool thing, where they emptied out Oasis Springs and removed the background props. Sadly, it's but been done with Oasis Springs so far, but it looks great. No more dinosaur or billboards in the background! It really helps with immersion.

Skyline Replacements

Bakie on MTS has created a variety of skyline replacements. These backdrops will show up instead of the default City Skyline in Willow Creek and all other neighbourhoods that apply that same properties. In that location's everything from The Taj Mahal and The Coliseum to Chicago and an Apocalypse background. These backdrops will as well actually help with your themes!

Tropical Getaway Mod

The Tropical Getaway Mod is probably the virtually in-depth texture replacement modernistic there is. The Fall and Early Fall mods by Dani Paradise allow you to have the autumn season in your game. You can cull early autumn (which just changes some of the copse to "autumn colours") or full autumn (which changes all the trees, grass, plants, etc). Both mods are cute and expect wonderful in-game.

Hellenic republic

Greece was actually the first custom world I always idea of, and I used Oasis Springs every bit my backdrop, since it's got a similar terrain to Greece in real life. Steampunk

I love Steampunk themed stuff, so this was a no-brainer for me. I picked Magnolia Crescent (from Become to Work) since I thought it'd be the all-time backdrop for a Steampunk earth. There's only four lots, and so I merely plopped one residential down, and the other two are restaurants and parks.

Embankment

I used The Tropical Getaway Modern and turned Granite Falls (from the Outdoor Retreat pack) into a beach world. I promise nosotros get an official embankment world in the game soon, but until then, this is a nifty pick!

Hullo,

I've been playing TS3 for years and love the Create-A-World tool. One time my estimator is back in working order (whenever that happens...*groan*) I want to download information technology again and rebuild my custom world, Nestville. If after using CAW to relieve a bare version of Nestville (which would obviously be a derivation of the complete world used in TS3), I were to apply some type of TS4 modernistic, could I then import the blank version of Nestville created with CAW into TS4 and complete that "modern" version of that custom globe using TS4 itself?
